Frost's
How countlessly they congregate
O'er our tumultuous snow, Which flows in
shapes as tall as trees
When wintry winds do blow!--
As if with
keenness for our
fate, Our faltering few steps on To white rest,
and a
place of rest Invisible at
dawn,-- And yet with neither love nor hate,
Those stars like some snow-white
Minerva's snow-white marble eyes

sounds like a good idea to me :) it's a great poem, and images should definitely be available. as with anything, I guess it all depends on how you put it all together. :)
Great choice with Robert Frost. His poems are full of imagery, making them a perfect choice for a project like this. Color schemes would be helpful to think about with this poem to help create the wintry atmosphere. Good luck!
Dave, that sounds fine. You're welcome to use Flash, but it can stay simple. PowerPoint is fine too - upload it to google docs and link it to your blog. Fine to add the images along with the text but you might think of it differently from illustrating the text, where the images are supposed to supplement the text. In concrete poetry, as we saw, the text and image interact and comment on each other, they're worked together, text becomes image, and so on. Try thinking as far as you can in that direction.
I don't have a presentation yet. I think I need to work on this.
